Administrative Assistant - Jerusalem



Akram Sbitany & Sons (Sbitany) has evolved into the leading company for the importing, marketing, and servicing of Electrical Appliances, Electron¬ics, Commercial and Residential Air Conditions, Mobile Phones, and IT Products for the Palestinian market is seeking for applicable candidates to fill in the following position:

Administrative Assistant


Roles and responsibilities of the opened position :

-Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and messages
-Route and distribute incoming mail and email.
-Answer routine letters, emails and telephones.
-Minor translation from Arabic to English.
-Operate fax machines, videoconferencing and phone systems, and other office equipment.
-Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing. database management, and other applications
-Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
-Arrange meetings and follow up agendas.

Qualifications needed :
-At least two years of office experience
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent capability of spoken er written in English and Hebrew language
-Ability to work under pressure
-living in Jerusalem
