JOB DESCRIPTION
To generate new business and handle new and existing customers to achieve the sales quotas. 
To fully manage customers’ accounts including internal interaction with all departments to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. 
Responsibilities: 
Identify new customers and projects 
Develop sales plan & forecast 
Implement proper sales & pricing strategy 
Follow up on Inquiries, leads & new opportunities
SKILLS
Problem Solving 
Strategic Sales & Business Development 
Market Research, Competitor Analysis 
Excellent Analytic Skills 
Excellent presentation skills 
Excellent Communication Skills 
Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets. 
Good command of English Language 
Experience in real estate is a must 
Has a car
